By using the contact and booking form, the user is required to declare a valid e-mail address, a valid phone number as well as his/her full name. These data are necessary for the processing of the message submission and the administrators of kiara.gr are bound to use the above items solely to communicate with the individual visitor.
Each user can, at any given time, via the contact form, request the deletion of the information he has declared when communicating with kiara.gr. This process can take up to 72 hours and the user, after confirming his request, is then informed of the successful deletion of his/her data.
